Leidos is hiring a Product Manager / Scrum Master

About the Role

Leidos is seeking a Product Manager / Scrum Master to guide development efforts on a Salesforce platform that supports a 24x7 call center for remote healthcare services. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as Scrum Master using Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) for a cross-functional team.
  • Facilitate a self-organizing team to ensure progress against Program Increment commitments.
  • Support product definition by analyzing roadmap items and guiding Requirements and UI/UX definition.
  • Define end-to-end workflows from different user perspectives and map them to User Stories.
  • Help team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate; support the Scrum process.
  • Ensure the team understands the Definition of Done and communicate status to management.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Review and prioritize features, refine User Stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of development and maintenance activities.
  • Work with the cybersecurity team to deliver and sustain a secure product.
  • Support the ATO process by integrating and implementing applicable 800-53 security controls.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Owner and/or Scrum Master roles.
  • Strong understanding of product definition within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience guiding and facilitating development teams using Agile principles.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, speak fluent English, and be able to maintain required suitability clearance.
  • Requires a separate, quiet, private workspace and access to your own reliable high-speed internet.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Salesforce certifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills focused on team development.
  • Veteran/military retiree, military spouse, or experience working with/for military communities.
  • Experience in or supporting a Contact Center, Military/Veteran services, or healthcare environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
