About the Role

- Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions with development teams
- Manage timelines and deliverables for feature releases
- Ensure compliance with public safety data standards and regulations
- Communicate product updates to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in product development
- Evaluate new technologies for potential integration
- Maintain documentation for product features and workflows
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with pilot agencies
- Resolve post-launch issues in collaboration with support teams
- Represent product in executive reviews and planning sessions
