Worth AI is hiring a Product Manager - Platform to shape the core infrastructure that powers our AI-driven mission. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the data and ML platform, enabling analytics, intelligent features, and personalization at scale.

What You'll Do

Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for the internal data and ML platform.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to build scalable pipelines, APIs, services, and tooling for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Gather and synthesize requirements from internal users to inform feature development and prioritization.
Drive the operationalization of ML models into production workflows.
Define and maintain clear success metrics for platform features.
Manage the product backlog and ensure timely, well-scoped user stories.
Partner with design and engineering to improve internal UX for platform tools, data access, and workflows.
Establish and promote best practices around data governance, documentation, and developer experience.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for model integration, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks.
Lead platform-level initiatives such as self-serve data tooling, experimentation infrastructure, and data cataloging.
Support platform adoption by enabling documentation, training, and onboarding resources.
Serve as a key voice for platform product strategy in leadership forums.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a product manager.
Deep understanding of data platforms and modern data stacks.
Strong grasp of ETL/ELT workflows, ML model lifecycle, and platform architecture.
Hands-on experience working with data engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort navigating complex datasets.
Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business value and vice versa.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of delivering platform products or services that enable team productivity and innovation.
Strong prioritization, execution, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
