Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Product Manager, OT Standardization. In this role, you will continuously increase the value delivered by Smart Factory digital products by understanding, prioritizing, and managing features based on user feedback and business impact throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Review use case demands and prioritize business requirements with Process Owners and site users.
- Quantify expected benefits, ROI, and payback; maintain product and project P&L view.
- Convert use cases into structured business requirements and epic/user-story backlogs.
- Influence make-vs-buy and vendor/tool selection decisions.
- Maintain the product roadmap, balancing new features, user/capability requirements, and regulatory impacts.
- Define success metrics (OEE, scrap, labor efficiency) and track benefits post-launch.
- Manage and deliver change-management plans, including training, communications, and adoption support.
- Champion user feedback loops and feed insights into backlog grooming.
- Manage and govern the product budget for development, licensing, and support.
- Govern product licenses, delivering forecasts, cost controls, and contract true-ups.
- Serve as the point of escalation for product issues impacting business continuity.
- Work with DevOps and engineering to plan solution releases.
- Use data to make informed decisions about future updates or changes.
- Represent the voice of the users and business throughout the deployment process.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or other Engineering is required.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years leading software or digital products in B2B or industrial settings.
- Proven ownership of product P&L, ROI modelling, and roadmap delivery.
- Experience running cross-functional teams with engineering, UX, and plant operations.
- Excellent customer-engagement and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly from shop floor to executive boardroom.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and experience.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and cross-functional facilitation capability.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $146,100.00 - $241,200.00 USD Annual
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Primary locations are USA NJ - Franklin Lakes and USA UT - Sandy.
