Pinterest is looking for a Product Manager to join our team on-site in İzmir. You will be responsible for defining the creative vision for mobile games, maintaining relationships with development, art, and marketing teams, and directly improving game KPIs and project lifecycles.
What You'll Do
- Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for projects to ensure a phenomenal player experience.
- Maintain a strong relationship with Development, Art & Marketing teams.
- Work with the development team to plan and set up new features & updates.
- Organize workflows and pipelines to improve project lifecycles.
- Be the bridge between Game Studio and Marketing departments by planning, organizing, prioritizing & assigning tasks.
- Work with Data Analysts to leverage existing tools and give feedback to build the best analytics & visualization tools per game requirements.
- Stay on top of the market and inform the studio on upcoming trends to ensure games match player expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the mobile game industry with high product management skills for Hybrid-casual or Casual games.
- Experience with agile methodology and systems like Scrum, Kanban.
- Ability to analyze game KPIs and provide an executable plan to improve them.
- Analytical mindset and ability to find simple yet creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Being an effortless communicator, visually and verbally.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Unity & Git.
- Experience in statistics, data analysis.
