Brightstar Lottery, a global leader in lottery solutions, is hiring a Product Manager to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned applications within our Instants Game Management (IGM) suite. In this role, you will ensure lotteries can effectively manage Instant Ticket lifecycles and retailer operations by translating customer needs into actionable requirements and directing Product Owners throughout implementation.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Instants Game Management applications.
- Document product requirements and review requirements created by Product Owners.
- Manage the feature backlog and roadmap, partnering with Product Owners and Product Engineering on requirements and release planning.
- Provide input to Product Owners, Product Engineering, and UI/UX designers on mock-ups and wireframes to ensure an optimized user experience.
- Approve final user acceptance testing for new features and functions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Technology teams to ensure software is built according to agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs; analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize requirements; and make informed solution recommendations.
- Immerse in new business areas to quickly develop domain expertise through proactive research and rapid learning.
- Lead communication of product releases to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, lottery operations, or instant ticket marketing/operations.
- Must excel at identifying desired outcomes and strategically navigating obstacles.
- Handles vague or partial customer feedback by probing for clarity, gathering information, and developing solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights persuasively, work confidently with individuals at all levels, communicate effectively with customers, and influence and train users.
- Must consistently present a positive and energetic view of solutions to drive adoption.
Nice to Have
- Lottery marketing or operational experience is strongly preferred.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Senior Product Manager and partner closely with Product Engineering and Technology teams.
