Flex is looking for a Product Manager - EMEA to own the strategy and performance for our Switchgear, PDU, and RPP product range in the region. You will be responsible for guiding these critical products from strategy through delivery, ensuring they meet specific EMEA market needs and comply with standards like IEC and EN. This role is based remotely in the UK and offers a key opportunity to impact our growth and operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
What You'll Do
- Develop and recommend product line strategies tailored to EMEA market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Monitor and analyse P&L performance for the Product Line in the EMEA region, providing insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth.
- Prepare business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in product development and engineering.
- Conduct ongoing research to understand EMEA market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA, up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- 5 years' experience in product management or a related field, ideally in switchgear, PDU or RPP solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development within EMEA.
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards (IEC, EN, etc.).
- Experience supporting sustainability initiatives and ESG implementation.
- Experience with data centre, electric utility and/or renewable energy markets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

You will report to the Global Product Line Director - Switchgear and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners.
