Stedi is seeking a Product Manager to own our Eligibility & Insurance Discovery product end-to-end. You will define the product strategy, shape complex requirements, and partner closely with engineering to execute a roadmap focused on performance, accuracy, and reliability in a real-time healthcare transaction environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for Stedi’s Eligibility or Insurance Discovery offering.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to shape product direction.
- Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRDs, Linear tickets).
- Partner with the design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and the engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship features that improve speed, reliability, and data quality.
- Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
- Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company, with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
- Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B products delivered via API.
- 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows.
- Either a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code.
Team & Environment
You'll report directly to the CEO and contribute to a team that ships day in and day out. Stedi's culture is built on engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out, supported by a lean business team with a passion for automation and eliminating toil.
