ARRISE is looking for a Product Manager, Ecosystem to focus on player interactions outside games and the connections within them. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the player journey is simple, intuitive, and fun by designing new user experience flows. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to bring features from concept to production.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the product team to conceptualize new features and enhancements.
Take complete ownership of features and improvements from concept to production, including gathering requirements, writing specifications, and documenting processes.
Serve as the main point of contact for projects, presenting to stakeholders and execution teams, and providing demos.
Assist all teams with questions about features and roadmap, and guide supportive specifications.
Prioritize and manage tasks and backlog effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify key dependencies, issues, and potential blockers ahead of time to derisk deliveries.
Liaise with the development team to scope projects, get estimates, and ensure they have what they need.
Perform user acceptance testing of key features and improvements before launch.
Present concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively to the team and stakeholders.
Adjust features based on feedback from stakeholders or technical challenges.
Work with designers to bring concepts to life and ensure critical use cases and player journeys are covered.
Provide feedback on other proposed designs and requirements within the team.
Document new features and improvements so other team members clearly understand design decisions.
Prepare release notes and instructions for linked teams.
Liaise with other product teams throughout the business to ensure broad alignment.
Develop KPIs and metrics to quantify the success of launched improvements.
Set up and monitor key player journeys to look for issues or opportunities.
Attend sprint and development ceremonies where necessary.
Identify gaps or issues in the current product portfolio and suggest improvements for the roadmap.
Evaluate the product offering compared to others in the market for opportunities.
Monitor broader product trends and tools, especially in gaming and entertainment.
Provide thoughtful feedback on the overall roadmap and user experience strategy.

Exceptional at writing and pulling together critical components to deliver clear business requirements that development teams can consume and build upon.
