Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Product Manager - Data Solutions to lead the development and scaling of next-generation data products that leverage AI to solve complex healthcare challenges. You will define product roadmaps, manage the full product lifecycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define, articulate, and continuously refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, business leaders, and customers—to ensure alignment and shared understanding of objectives.
- Prioritize product backlogs and manage evolving requirements to maximize business impact and user value.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by leveraging analytics, metrics, and user feedback to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Advocate for user-centered design through customer interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions.
- Mentor and support other product team members, promoting domain knowledge and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring effective delivery and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with proven experience managing full product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex technology products from concept to launch and iteration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in large team environments.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and product development architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar product management tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Preferred certifications: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
