About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Product Manager - Data Solutions to lead the development and scaling of next-generation data products that leverage AI to solve complex healthcare challenges. You will define product roadmaps, manage the full product lifecycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Define, articulate, and continuously refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, business leaders, and customers—to ensure alignment and shared understanding of objectives.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and manage evolving requirements to maximize business impact and user value.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation by leveraging analytics, metrics, and user feedback to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
  • Advocate for user-centered design through customer interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions.
  • Mentor and support other product team members, promoting domain knowledge and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring effective delivery and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with proven experience managing full product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex technology products from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in large team environments.
  • Proficiency in user-centered design principles and product development architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar product management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred certifications: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
