About the Role

Tabeo Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our new AI Reception product. Our mission is to help dental and veterinary clinics make recurring payments simple. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a voice and chat-based AI solution that interfaces with patients and practices to automate key interactions like bookings and finance queries.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day execution of the AI Reception MVP in collaboration with an external development team and senior product leadership.
  • Translate user needs into actionable specifications, with sensitivity to voice interaction, security/privacy, and dental/vet practice workflows.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (customer service, sales, engineering) to test the product in live environments before wider rollout.
  • Define clear success metrics around adoption, accuracy, and user sentiment for patients and reception teams.
  • Coordinate vendor contributions and oversee delivery across multiple streams, including interface design, transcription & summarisation workflows, and integrations into Tabeo’s ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Product Manager within a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Experience working with Conversational AI, Voice Technology, or chatbots in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy for end-user experience and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Familiarity with conversational interfaces (voice or chat), or consumer software with high-volume user interaction.
  • Ability to structure, plan, and prioritise under ambiguity. You will help shape the roadmap, not just execute it.
  • A natural collaborator able to interface with external vendors and internal leaders, particularly in customer-facing functions.
  • Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and confidence communicating updates across the business through a variety of channels.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with voice-based systems, asynchronous messaging, or customer service tooling.
  • Knowledge of dental or veterinary workflows and frontline practice operations.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the UK or within GMT +/- 1 timezone. We are a remote-first company.
