At NineTwoThree AI Studio, we're looking for a Product Manager / Account Manager to drive digital product development for our clients. You will act as the primary client contact and their de facto Head of Product, transforming their vision into actionable roadmaps and guiding projects from concept through launch with our internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear understanding of project status, timelines, and blockers.
- Research the client’s market to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Work with client stakeholders to understand their product vision and define requirements for the full initial product scope.
- Work directly with product designers to translate client requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Define user stories and requirements for project managers to implement into tasks and acceptance criteria.
- Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, discuss progress, and demo development milestones.
- Manage client expectations, including facilitating difficult conversations around scope and prioritization.
- Support sales activities by joining prospect calls and writing proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for clients to see additional benefits via further product features, marketing services, or ongoing contracts.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager of digital products (SaaS, mobile, web, AI, etc).
- Strong experience with relationship management, either in a client-facing role or with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic product-development environment.
- Attention to details, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and critical-thinking skills.
- Located in the EST time zone (or adjacent, and able to overlap the European team at least between 8am-1pm Eastern).
