Magellan AI is looking for a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of its platform. You will define new features, prioritize product improvements, and work closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver the tools our clients rely on.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize initiatives across new features, client needs, and system reliability.
- Identify patterns in support tickets and product usage to surface high-impact improvements.
- Capture feedback from Sales and Customer Success and translate them into roadmap priorities.
- Manage the product backlog and planning boards to keep engineering focused on high-impact work.
- Write clear product specifications, epics, and tickets for new features.
- Define acceptance criteria and surface key product decisions for efficient development.
- Work with engineering to break down larger initiatives into MVP releases and iterative improvements.
- Coordinate feature launches with Customer Success and Marketing, including documentation and communication.
- Lead QA for new features and bug fixes to ensure releases work as intended.
- Improve and organize help documentation and product education resources.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing and shipping software products in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate client feedback and internal insights into clear product requirements.
- Experience writing product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong collaboration skills working with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Ability to prioritize across feature development, bug fixes, and reliability improvements.
- Comfort working with data-driven products or analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Team & Environment
You will work directly with leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams in a small team structure.
Benefits & Compensation
- $80,000 - $120,000 base salary, depending on experience.
