Bayer Global seeks a Product Manager to join the General Medicine Marketing team. You will contribute to brand strategy development, plan and execute marketing programs, and manage vendor relationships under supervision.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to brand strategy development to maximize the sales potential of Bayer products.
- Identify issues and opportunities to fully capture business dynamics.
- Create and communicate key strategic messages based on a competitive and sustainable product value proposition.
- Plan and execute assigned programs, tactics, and tools to deliver business success.
- Implement brand strategy with customer-facing functions.
- Manage relevant vendor and agency relationships to ensure deliverables align with tactical goals and timelines.
- Monitor and control the expense budget for responsible marketing activities.
- Flexibly respond to requests from the product lead or senior product manager to support various key projects.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree or above.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a product marketing role within a pharmaceutical company.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical business and solid knowledge of healthcare policy and systems.
- Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster cooperation.
- Issue management, problem-solving, and strong logical thinking skills.
- Fluency in Japanese (N1 as a guide for non-Japanese candidates).
- Business level of English (TOEIC 700 and above as a guide).
Nice to Have
- Experience in diabetes, cardiovascular/nephrology, or other Therapeutic Areas may be considered.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Osaka. Location in Tokyo is also negotiable.
