Music Evolved Records is hiring a Product Manager

Prematch is hiring a Product Manager to join our Internal Platform team. You will build the backbone that powers all other teams at Joko, owning the internal platform domain end-to-end. You’ll lead initiatives across internal systems and infrastructure to ensure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead initiatives across internal systems and infrastructure — from back-office tools and SDK integrations to invoicing, fraud detection, and monitoring.
• Optimize reliability and costs, helping us scale sustainably by driving efficiency in our server architecture and internal processes.
• Stay ahead of compliance (GDPR, data privacy, ESG standards), ensuring we’re building responsibly as we grow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Security to understand needs, prioritize impact, and ship solutions.
• Bring clarity and structure to complex systems — turning operational pain points into scalable, documented solutions.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years in Product Management (or in a closely related position, such as Product Ops, Product Analyst, or Product Technical Manager).
• You thrive on making things run better — organized, efficient, reliable.
• You get excited by internal systems, data flows, and process optimization.
• You are comfortable with technical topics (infra, SDKs, security, APIs) and can translate them into clear priorities.
• You are empathetic and curious — you like to understand how different teams work and find joy in removing friction.
• You communicate clearly and proactively, especially across technical and non-technical audiences.
• You value quality, reliability, and structure — you like things documented, monitored, and measurable.

Team & Environment

You’ll join the Internal Platform team, building the foundational platform for all other teams at Joko.
