Crocs, Inc. is looking for a Product Execution Engineer to lead and drive the product development timeline from initial sample through production approval. In this role, you will ensure all critical milestones are met and manage multiple development projects.

What You'll Do

Lead and drive the product development timeline from initial sample through production approval, ensuring all critical milestones are met on schedule.
Manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
Proactively identify and resolve technical, quality, testing, or fit issues during sampling and production to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate daily with overseas product developers on development, commercialization, and technical feedback, clearly relaying comments to factories.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address potential risks or delays.
Uphold company quality, fit, and construction standards throughout development and production.
Track and report on sample submission deadlines, approval status, development costs, and factory production progress.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in footwear development or product engineering.
Understanding of the product development process.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and effective in fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20%.
