Shape the future of a digital booking experience as the first dedicated Product Designer on a growing team. You'll transition a human-driven concierge model into a seamless, self-service platform—designing every stage from initial research to production-ready interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate the current booking flow through UX audits and competitive analysis with platforms like Click&Boat and GetMyBoat
- Develop clear customer journey maps for both current and future user paths
- Conduct interviews with users and sales teams to identify friction points
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for core steps: search, yacht comparison, checkout, and payment
- Build high-fidelity, mobile-first UIs, including design system components and responsive layouts
- Collaborate with analytics tools like PostHog to form testable hypotheses and design A/B variations
- Prepare detailed specifications and assets for frontend implementation
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in product design, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel/booking platforms
- Demonstrated skill in both UX research (journey mapping, interviews) and visual UI design
- A portfolio highlighting measurable, conversion-driven outcomes—not just aesthetics
- Strong command of Figma, including prototyping, components, and developer handoff
- Ability to work independently with strategic direction, not step-by-step instructions
- Fluency in English and Russian
Environment & Benefits
Work remotely from anywhere, with flexible hours that align with team rhythms. Join a collaborative, international team building a global product with minimal bureaucracy and clear communication. Participate in annual offsites, including a yacht regatta. Help shape efficient, practical systems—not just follow templates. The role uses Figma, PostHog, Hotjar, and Google Analytics, with a preference for designers familiar with data-informed workflows and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
