Location: Remote (Ukraine-based preferred)
Company: ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement)
Type: Full-Time Contractor
Reports To: Founding Engineer | Works closely with CEO, Clinical Ops, and AI teams
About ANNA
ANNA is a mission-driven, venture-backed autism care company reimagining early intervention services for children aged 1–6. We're building something special—care that's centered around families, powered by AI, and delivered by compassionate clinical teams. With centers already expanding across Massachusetts and national growth on the horizon, we're not just another healthcare company.
We're hunting for a Product Designer in Ukraine to join our tech-enabled team. You'll work directly with our Founding Engineer and senior product design advisors to rapidly prototype, test, and launch intuitive, AI-powered internal tools that transform clinical and operational workflows.
Heads up: This role demands 4–5 hours of daily availability during U.S. Eastern working hours to keep our collaboration smooth and seamless.
What You'll Do
Design game-changing internal tools sitting at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and operational magic—think dashboards, intake forms, treatment note generators, scheduling engines, and more
Create crystal-clear wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, balancing product velocity, clinical precision, and compliance requirements
Transform complex, often murky requirements into straightforward, effective workflows for non-technical users like therapists, schedulers, trainers, and ops managers
Partner tightly with engineering and executive leadership to ensure designs are ready to roll and deliver tangible value, fast
Dive into weekly product sprints, async design reviews, and cross-functional planning—contributing to scoping, prioritization, and MVP strategy
Conduct lightning-fast user testing with clinical and ops stakeholders; pivot and iterate based on feedback from BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and internal users
Build and evolve a scalable internal design system that guarantees brand consistency, usability, and accessibility across all ANNA tools
Continuously hunt for creative, efficient design solutions that empower frontline teams and support our long-term vision for AI-powered autism care
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
Have 3–6 years of experience designing complex products—especially internal tools, dashboards, or workflow platforms
Are fluent in Figma, understand front-end constraints, and can design brilliantly for both technical and non-technical users
Bring killer visual design skills, a razor-sharp product mindset, and deep user empathy
Thrive in a startup environment that moves at light speed, valuing clarity and constant iteration
Communicate clearly and proactively in English—written and verbal
Can navigate ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and deliver polished, implementation-ready designs under tight timelines
Are curious about AI, healthcare, and neurodiversity—and can't wait to build tools that bring these worlds together
Bonus: experience designing in healthcare or with AI tools
