Lightcast is seeking a Product Designer II to join our team and craft user-centered digital products. This remote role focuses on designing impactful solutions within a dynamic, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for Lightcast products.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring designs to life.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system and standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a product designer, with a portfolio showcasing your process and impact.
- Strong skills in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States. You will be part of a globally distributed team.
