The Product Designer shapes user-centered digital experiences by developing designs from initial wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and animations. This role works closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver effective, research-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive design deliverables including information architecture, wireframes, visual designs, and animations that prioritize user needs and brand consistency.
  • Use research findings, user testing, and data analytics to refine and optimize designs through A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Collaborate with product, trade, engineering, and marketing teams to create impactful, customer-focused solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders and advance design direction.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system by defining and improving app components and patterns for native mobile and tablet platforms.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing consumer-facing native mobile applications used by large customer bases.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility across fashion, homeware, beauty, and food categories with attention to fine details.
  • In-depth understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design, with the ability to tailor app experiences to enhance brand identity.
  • Keeps current with advancements in smart technology, design patterns, and emerging digital tools.
  • Skilled at building relationships and collaborating creatively with professionals across diverse disciplines and working styles.
