Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary designer within one or two product teams
- Form strong collaborations with Product and Engineering stakeholders
- Quickly build prototypes to test ideas and refine them using feedback from users and colleagues
- Carry out user research activities with mentorship and apply findings to shape design choices
- Engage in design reviews and clearly explain the reasoning and compromises behind design decisions
- Manage end-to-end design delivery for assigned initiatives, from early concepts to final implementation
- Share design work in formal presentations to design leadership
- Develop deep knowledge of the platform to uncover areas for innovation
- Support the evolution of the design system and advance organizational design practices by sharing work, insights, and standards
