Design and refine the foundational experiences of an enterprise orchestration platform used by technical teams. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to streamline complex workflows, integrate AI-driven capabilities, and ensure seamless adoption across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Help define and evolve the core platform experiences relied upon by technical teams to operate, manage, and customize enterprise orchestration systems
- Solve high-impact challenges to make a scalable, powerful platform feel intuitive and easy to adopt in enterprise settings
- Work embedded within cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Partner with designers across related areas to enhance end-to-end user journeys across the platform
- Help shape how AI and agentic features are integrated into core user workflows
- Frequently validate designs and iterate based on feedback from customers and internal users
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to learn and use the product
- Minimum of five years of experience designing complex B2B enterprise software
- Strong expertise in UX design tailored to technical audiences, focusing on workflows and user journeys beyond individual screens
- Strategic UX thinking with an emphasis on interconnected systems and experiences
- High level of ownership and initiative, with a track record of driving progress in collaboration with product and engineering partners
- Clear, direct communication and the ability to articulate strong design reasoning
- Commitment to validating designs with customers and internal users, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience designing for AI or agentic systems, including considerations for control, trust, quality evaluation, and guardrails
- Proficient in Figma or comparable design tools, with proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Background in technical or engineering disciplines, either through formal education or equivalent experience
- Experience in platform or operations domains such as admin consoles, security and identity, reliability, observability, or developer tools
- Familiarity with concepts related to orchestration and workflow automation

Compensation
United States: $138,300.00 to $223,000.00; United Kingdom: £86,800.00 to £142,800.00; Singapore: S$171,700.00 to S$257,600.00; Canada: C$146,800.00 to C$241,500.00. Final offers vary by skills, experience, and location. For other regions, hiring is conducted via Remote.com with a personalized Total Rewards Calculator provided after the first interview. Equity is offered through the Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) where applicable. Total Target Cash includes base salary plus 100% variable target where relevant.
