Responsibilities
- Develop polished interface designs for digital platforms and websites.
- Support the continuous evolution, upkeep, and standards of the design system.
- Design new modules and components for the design system, and refine existing ones as needs change.
- Generate comprehensive design specs and documentation for smooth developer handoff.
- Partner closely with engineering teams during development to maintain design fidelity and consistency.
- Foster strong collaboration with UX colleagues to align research, experience design, and visual design efforts.
- Use Figma extensively to build designs, interactive prototypes, reusable elements, and supporting documentation.
- Lead design reviews and assist teams during implementation phases.
- Coordinate with the WebOps team to evaluate and approve page designs prior to going live.
- Support design critique sessions and advocate for consistent best practices across design teams.
