As a Product Designer, you’ll drive the evolution of a sophisticated AI-powered inspection platform used by leading aviation organizations. Your role centers on turning user behavior and analytics into actionable design improvements, focusing on eliminating friction and enhancing usability across complex data interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze user flows using PostHog and Google Analytics to pinpoint and resolve the most critical drop-off points
- Design and validate solutions that achieve at least 85% user satisfaction in post-iteration feedback
- Leverage Figma, Claude, and Framer to build production-ready prototypes within a week of initial concept
- Build and maintain a unified Figma component library with design tokens, ensuring 70% system coverage and seamless frontend alignment
- Collaborate with frontend developers to reduce handoff delays by 40% and eliminate design-dev discrepancies
- Conduct user research, including on-site visits to engine facilities, to observe real-world platform use
What We’re Looking For
- At least six years of experience designing for complex SaaS products, especially dashboards, data forms, and multi-step workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto-layout, Components, and Tokens
- Familiarity with PrimeVue and a strong ability to design within its framework
- Experience using PostHog to inform and validate design decisions
- Comfort applying AI tools like Claude to accelerate ideation and iteration
- A mindset rooted in simplicity—solving intricate problems with clean, effective design
- Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a Kanban-based, autonomous environment
