Stripe is hiring a Product Designer to lead design for Agentic Commerce. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product strategy and build transformative experiences for merchants, agents, and consumers. In this role, you will reimagine consumer checkout and build tools for merchants to integrate across AI-driven surfaces.
What You'll Do
- Explore, shape, and communicate a compelling product vision alongside product and engineering teammates
- Design and iterate on ambiguous product experiences for merchants, agents, and consumers
- Work directly with senior leadership to communicate progress and evolve our strategy
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company
- Impeccable visual and interaction design skills
- Skilled at operating independently to turn ambiguous, horizontal problems into simple, intuitive solutions
- Confident presenting work to company leadership and skilled at communicating design decisions through clear, compelling storytelling
- Experienced in leading peer designers, either as a design manager or senior IC
