Sitemate is looking for a Product Design Manager to take hybrid ownership of product outcomes from early concept through to delivery and performance. In this role, you will blend UX/UI design expertise with product ownership and delivery management.
What You'll Do
- Prepare high-level concept designs for internal review and customer validation.
- Conduct customer research when required.
- Prepare detailed UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create information architecture (IA) diagrams.
- Define and review feature scope.
- Work in small, high-trust teams alongside engineers to define problems, design solutions, shape requirements, plan delivery, and take responsibility for what ships and how it performs live.
Team & Environment
You will join an existing team of 9 Product Design Managers. Each Product Design Manager supports approximately 2 teams, with generally 2 engineers.

Compensation is AUD $90,000 - $120,000 pending your experience (including Super).
