About the Role
The intern will work on real-world technical problems related to product integration and performance, providing support across testing, documentation, and customer use cases.
Responsibilities
- Assist in validating product functionality under real-world conditions
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot system-level issues
- Support the development of test procedures for new features
- Gather and analyze performance data from lab and field environments
- Document test results and recommend improvements
- Work with software and hardware teams to replicate customer scenarios
- Help maintain application notes and technical references
- Participate in design reviews for product enhancements
- Conduct experiments to verify product behavior across environments
- Present findings to engineering and product teams
- Support customer integration efforts through technical analysis
- Identify potential usability improvements in product interfaces
- Assist in creating demonstration setups for internal use
- Evaluate compatibility with third-party systems and platforms
- Track and report on defect resolution progress
- Use debugging tools to isolate hardware and software issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for field teams
