ZF Friedrichshafen AG is looking for a Product and Process Engineer to join our team in Pančevo, Serbia. In this role, you will drive improvements in aftermarket products and processes by leveraging data-driven engineering, collecting and integrating data from multiple systems to uncover optimization opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Drive improvements in aftermarket products and processes through data-driven engineering.
- Collect, integrate, and automate data processing from multiple systems.
- Design and develop tools to digitalise and automate data analysis, dashboards, tracking, and KPIs.
- Detect patterns and trends to identify opportunities for optimisation across products and processes.
- Support the team with operational tasks and contribute to technical projects.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension.
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies and analytical approaches.
- Flexibility and openness to a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (English required).
