Career TEAM is hiring a Product Analyst and Project Lead to drive the success of our enterprise software products while leading project execution. In this combined role, you will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch and ensuring projects are delivered effectively.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, develop detailed specifications and user stories, and understand market trends.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and roadmap, aligning with strategy and setting clear delivery timelines.
- Conduct user feedback sessions, usability testing, and create user personas to guide user-centric design.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure proper resource allocation to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure product functionality and performance meet quality standards through testing and quality assurance.
- Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide training to internal teams and support users for successful product adoption.
- Work with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate new innovations into the product.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex software projects from planning to delivery.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and software testing.
- A passion for finding creative solutions and enhancing user experiences.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Ability to compose clear and concise business documents, reports, and presentations in English.
- Ability to participate in meetings, present ideas, and engage in discussions in English.
