Sezzle is looking for a Product Analyst to support the growth, engagement, and commercial success of SportyBet in Brazil. You will deliver high-quality analysis, market intelligence, and actionable insights by diving deep into data and conducting comprehensive competitor research.
What You'll Do
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc product analyses to support growth, retention, and monetization initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking across local and international sportsbook products, features, and user experiences.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and local sports dynamics relevant to the Brazilian market.
- Translate data and research into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations for the Product Manager.
- Support product discovery by validating hypotheses through data, experiments, and market insight.
- Partner closely with the Brazil Product Manager to inform roadmap priorities and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with data, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent metrics and shared understanding.
- Ensure analysis and insights reflect local compliance and regulatory constraints.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Brazil.
- Fluent in Portuguese; strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Experience analyzing digital products, ideally in sportsbook, gaming, fintech, or consumer apps.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and recommendations.
- Comfortable working with product metrics like funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, and conversion.
- Experience conducting competitor analysis and structured market research.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed organization.
