Datashift is looking for a Data Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will use data to influence product strategy and improve user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Analyze product data to measure performance and user engagement
- Define and track key success metrics for product features
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for product teams
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor product health
- Collaborate on A/B testing frameworks and analyze experiment results
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience analyzing product data in a business or product context
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving product decisions

This position is open to candidates based in Mechelen, Leuven, or Gent.
