In this onsite role, you will be accountable for managing procurement activities during client account transitions and mobilizations, ensuring contract alignment and delivering strategic cost savings.

What You'll Do

Ensure alignment of contract obligations with key stakeholders including JLL, clients, and service providers.
Manage the end-to-end transition of client accounts into future outsourced services.
Own inputs from service providers and align with client, regional, and country teams to ensure service deliverables.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Engineering & Operations, and Human Resources to establish comprehensive compliance impacting service providers.
Support multiple Procurement Mobilisation activities for new accounts or extensions to existing accounts.
Manage and ensure Procurement processes follow JLL policy, Mobilisation Process Framework, and vendor contract obligations.
Plan, develop, and own project timelines, critical mobilisation tasks, and objectives.
Manage procurement timelines to align with Regional Mobilisation lead and client.
Communicate and manage a seamless mobilisation for the transfer of responsibility and management of changes for vendor services from client service providers to JLL.
Mobilise and manage country procurement resources to execute client mobilisation.
Manage project calls with all stakeholders, circulate minutes of meeting, and drive closure on open action items.
Review and analyse existing client vendor contracts and propose cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare vendor KPIs and, as needed, draw down from client MSA.
Prequalify, monitor, and control vendors to deliver on time, meet JLL quality standards cost-efficiently, and match client contract requirements.
Support contract saving deliverables by collaborating with Country Operation and Procurement to identify opportunities for the Account.
Identify, develop, and enhance vendor management programmes, tools, and best practices.
Engage in direct pricing negotiation with service providers.
Provide recommendations to resolve any vendor pricing issues.
Facilitate conflict resolution and take ownership for business case accountability.
Maintain a central database of all projects, including Mobilisation and Optimisation.
Identify and recruit account-dedicated sourcing teams.
Establish rapport and communication channels with various stakeholders.
Support client contact relating to outsourced services, champion updating Procurement Mobilisation resolutions, and escalate issues.
Manage client expectations related to service providers and project timelines.
Be the Procurement advisor to internal stakeholders such as account/site teams and business.
