This role is responsible for enhancing procurement practices across the organization by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier relationships. You will oversee the complete procurement cycle, from assessing internal needs to evaluating delivered goods, ensuring every step aligns with company standards and strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Assess existing procurement workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement data-backed improvements.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the procurement database in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate records and tracking vendor performance over time.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Review supplier invoices in alignment with contract terms and work with accounting to resolve billing issues promptly.
- Monitor corporate spending, including credit card usage, to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
- Arrange and manage corporate travel logistics, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing operations.
- Proven experience with ERP platforms, particularly Oracle NetSuite; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- English proficiency at or above B2 level to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
