Air Liquide is looking for a Procure to Pay Junior Analyst to account for the organization's financial obligations to suppliers and creditors. You will verify and complete payables transactions, ensuring compliance while contributing to cost efficiency and strong vendor relations.
What You'll Do
- Generate and distribute periodic reports aligned with predetermined KPIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Looker Studio to visualize key business metrics.
- Respond to internal inquiries and data requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively communicate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and align on reporting requirements.
- Support specific regions or business units with complex data escalations and deep-dive analysis.
- Assist with data audits and quality control checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Process ad-hoc 'Rush' report requests to support urgent business needs.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and outliers within large datasets.
- Actively find new ways to improve the efficiency of the reporting process, making recommendations for automation and process enhancement.
- Participate in the promotion of Air Liquide’s safety objectives and follow all company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A college degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
- Advanced Excel skills: Expert knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas is mandatory.
- Power BI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building and managing automated dashboards.
- English: Advanced proficiency required (B2/C1 level).
- Spanish: Mandatory.

- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards or ERP systems (like SAP).
