Schindler is looking for a Process Specialist to steer and coordinate projects and process rollouts within the service division. You will be responsible for mapping customer service processes in SAP and act as the key user for service planning and FieldLink.
What You'll Do
- Steer and coordinate projects and process rollouts in the service area
- Take responsibility for the system-side mapping of customer service processes in SAP and act as the key user for service planning and FieldLink
- Ensure the functionality of service apps and provide second-level support for service technicians
- Coordinate the Master Trainer Community and collaborate closely with IT and corporate departments
- Conduct analyses (e.g., maintenance fulfillment, MQW) and present results to various target groups
- Plan, execute, and develop training on processes, SAP, and service apps
- Provide business support for customer service processes, acting as the contact for regional service area managers and customer service managers
- Manage interfaces to adjacent departments and the corporate group
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial or technical training or a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Negotiation-level German and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally within Germany for regional visits
- Marked service and customer orientation, high self-initiative, and a permanent willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a strong desire to shape and persuade
- Strong communication and interface competence when dealing with various stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in first- or second-level support and in the operational EI area is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP (especially CS, PM, MM, CO, FI) and experience in system support
- Experience in project management and conducting training is beneficial
