What You'll Do
Oversee and maintain quality management processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and corporate standards. Lead internal and external audits, including customer and third-party assessments, and manage follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution. Conduct in-depth evaluations of manufacturing processes, products, and quality controls to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Lead root cause analysis for production defects and field returns, applying structured problem-solving methods to implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Develop and execute end-to-end quality strategies for designated product lines, integrating quality planning into new product introduction phases. Champion customer-focused improvements by analyzing feedback and field data to enhance product robustness.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to embed quality tools into daily workflows. Support continuous improvement initiatives driven by voice-of-process (VOP) and stakeholder input. Create and maintain documentation for quality procedures and deliver training as needed to ensure team alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of five years of experience in quality engineering roles
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and audit practices
- Proven ability in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with inspection methodologies and quality control applications
- Background in statistical process control and data analysis techniques
- Experience with UL certification, particularly in electrical systems
- Proficiency in data mining and reporting tools
