What You'll Do
Support electrophysiology procedures by providing real-time clinical and technical expertise for Abbott’s EnSite X platform and associated EP systems. You’ll be present in the lab during mapping, ablation, and intracardiac imaging cases, ensuring equipment functions safely and efficiently. Your role includes guiding clinicians through proper use, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and managing software and hardware updates.
You’ll partner with sales teams to strengthen customer relationships, support business growth, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies. This includes leading training sessions for physicians, nurses, and allied staff, both on-site and remotely, and contributing to national education programs through content development or instruction.
Participate in early product evaluations and support first-time users during limited market releases. Stay current with advancements in EP technology, competitor offerings, and Abbott’s pipeline.
