Fidelity (Fmr) is hiring a Principal, UX Content Strategy to shape the help, guidance, and decision support customers receive across their financial journey. You will translate sophisticated financial topics into clear, effective digital content for Fidelity.com, NetBenefits.com, and our mobile apps.
What You'll Do
- Craft marketing copy for product experiences and campaign landing zones.
- Integrate thought leadership and education for contextual learning across primary journeys and create tools that educate by doing.
- Develop messaging based on audience segmentation and personalized data to drive new relationships and deepen existing ones.
- Propose UX solutions that clarify what information is needed from people and how we can help.
- Drive content strategies focused on business-critical objectives with the customer at the center.
- Guide projects from concept to completion, using data and analytics to test, iterate, and continuously improve content.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of professional writing experience in UX writing, copywriting, or technical writing.
- A versatile writer who can tailor messaging for diverse audiences (individual investors, small business owners, enterprise clients).
- A clear communicator who can confidently articulate and advocate for a point of view.
- A strategic problem solver who can see the big picture and translate it into cohesive content blocks.
- A curious collaborator who asks the right questions and works effectively with many different players and points of view.
- Experience crafting personalized content and applying best-in-class UX across mobile and web platforms.
- A track record of delivering successful business results, balancing multiple priorities, and building trust with partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services is a plus.

- Compensation: $85,000-171,000 USD per year.
