Ogilvy is hiring a Social Creative, a modern creative hybrid role pivotal in transforming TCCC's social work in the ASP region. You will focus on the integrated development, delivery, and selling of social media ideas, content, and activations for multi-market Charters.
What You'll Do
- Drive ‘social-first idea led’ creative solutions that fully utilize addressable channels.
- Develop and sell innovative social media ideas, content, and activations.
- Ensure all creative executions meet the highest standard of craftsmanship.
- Create and produce social content and assets independently when necessary.
- Take the lead on scaling social ideas from a lead market across the entire ASP region.
- Ensure consistency in direction and execution for all social creative output.
- Work closely with the wider social team, strategists, the Client Lead, and the E2E/media team to develop briefs.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 3-4 years of experience as a hybrid creative with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking across art direction or copywriting.
- Deep experience across the digital communications mix, including digital, content, video, and influencer content.
- Expertise in social platforms, their technical specifications, and current trends.
- Strong understanding of brands and how to use big ideas and distinctive brand assets to build a powerful social presence.
- Versatile creator, comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on production of social assets.
Team & Environment
You will work with the wider social team, strategists, the Client Lead, and the E2E/media team.
Work Mode
This role is based in the ASP region.
