What You'll Do
Take ownership of complex threat intelligence projects, leading engagements that assess and strengthen client security postures. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, regulators, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment throughout each engagement lifecycle.
Design and deliver tailored intelligence products, including threat landscape analyses, capability maturity evaluations, and strategic briefings specific to client industries. Conduct in-depth assessments of dark web activity to uncover exposed credentials and digital risks outside traditional defenses.
Support incident response efforts by analyzing adversary behavior, attributing threat actors, and recommending intelligence-led containment strategies. Translate technical findings into actionable insights for both technical teams and executive leadership through targeted briefings and awareness sessions.
Guide the development of junior analysts by reviewing work, providing technical direction, and fostering professional growth. Contribute to the evolution of threat intelligence methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and emerging threats.
Requirements
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or Austria
- Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on cyber threat intelligence
- Proven experience delivering threat intelligence for TIBER-EU or TLPT assessments in financial services
- Strong grasp of threat landscapes in finance, technology, and critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience building or enhancing threat intelligence programs and operational capabilities
- Proficiency in intelligence collection from open-source, dark web, and commercial platforms
- Expertise in threat actor analysis using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Killchain, and Diamond Model
- Track record of producing clear, high-quality intelligence reports for technical and executive audiences
- Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher) for client-facing roles across DACH
- Ability to work independently, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead under pressure
