Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enable intelligent content recommendations and personalized user experiences.
- Lead end-to-end development and rapid prototyping of production-ready features for web and mobile applications.
- Define and promote scalable engineering standards, reusable patterns, and platform-wide best practices.
- Collaborate within a compact engineering team to co-develop solutions with product and design stakeholders for critical business needs.
- Establish safeguards to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient deployment of AI-generated applications while maintaining robust code quality.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and advocate for their adoption across engineering teams.
- Ensure systems are built for scale and resilience, with integrated testing, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
- Create clear technical documentation and diagrams to support onboarding and maintain code quality through thorough peer reviews.
