About the Role
Lead end-to-end SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors payroll module deployments, providing expert guidance on system configuration, compliance, and integration for global enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute SAP Payroll configurations aligned with regional regulations
- Lead client workshops to gather payroll requirements and document processes
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules
- Validate payroll test scenarios and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws in multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams during system integration phases
- Develop detailed functional specifications for development teams
- Support data migration from legacy systems to SAP and SuccessFactors
- Lead user acceptance testing and provide sign-off documentation
- Train client personnel on payroll system operations and best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and process flows
- Advise on payroll process optimization and automation opportunities
- Coordinate with external auditors for compliance reviews
- Deliver post-implementation support and system enhancements
- Mentor junior consultants on technical and functional topics
- Participate in pre-sales activities and solution scoping
- Prepare status reports for project stakeholders
- Manage timelines and deliverables within project constraints
- Ensure data security and privacy standards are upheld
