About the Role

This role leads a team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with strategic planning to enhance CRM capabilities and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Salesforce development and support team
  • Mentor team members and support professional development
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements
  • Oversee the design and deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce environments
  • Manage release cycles and coordinate change control processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce workflows and automation
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain documentation for configurations and customizations
  • Enforce Salesforce best practices and governance standards
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies
  • Coordinate integration efforts with third-party systems
  • Support user training and change management initiatives
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track platform usage
  • Align Salesforce roadmap with business objectives
  • Manage technical debt and platform scalability
  • Lead discovery sessions for new business initiatives
