Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or High School Equivalent plus 2 additional years of related experience
- Greater than 10 years in related function
- 3-5 years leading through mentorship in related field
- 3-5 years leading projects and initiatives through influence
- Related certifications and/or licenses
Nice to Have
- prior experience as a full stack developer in C#, Java, or other languages
- Demonstrable hands-on development and architecture on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with 2 or more complete implementations on salesforce along with experience working in established orgs
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Salesforce integration patterns including but not limited to API’s, events, integrations, asynchronous and batch processes, etc
- Expert level experience with custom Salesforce development including LWC’s, Apex, JavaScript, Restful webservices, platform events, etc
- Experience with leading cross-functional and/or global initiatives from start to finish
- Advanced knowledge of business acumen and a deep understanding of business implications of decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices
- Ability to provide leadership through mentorship, influence, inspiration, collaboration and teamwork
- Member of and recommendation by accredited association in related field
