Responsibilities

  • Influence projects and initiatives through technical expertise

  • Drive cross-team solutions, anticipating and addressing problems ahead of the need by acting as a key influencer across business units
  • Assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members
  • Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations.
  • Demonstrate Strong judgement and ability to make data driven decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or High School Equivalent plus 2 additional years of related experience
  • Greater than 10 years in related function
  • 3-5 years leading through mentorship in related field
  • 3-5 years leading projects and initiatives through influence
  • Related certifications and/or licenses

Nice to Have

  • prior experience as a full stack developer in C#, Java, or other languages
  • Demonstrable hands-on development and architecture on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with 2 or more complete implementations on salesforce along with experience working in established orgs
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with Salesforce integration patterns including but not limited to API’s, events, integrations, asynchronous and batch processes, etc
  • Expert level experience with custom Salesforce development including LWC’s, Apex, JavaScript, Restful webservices, platform events, etc
  • Experience with leading cross-functional and/or global initiatives from start to finish
  • Advanced knowledge of business acumen and a deep understanding of business implications of decisions across cross-functional teams.
  • Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices
  • Ability to provide leadership through mentorship, influence, inspiration, collaboration and teamwork
  • Member of and recommendation by accredited association in related field
