Responsibilities

- Monitor test execution results and troubleshoot failures
- Ensure compatibility across platforms, devices, and browsers
- Optimize test performance and reduce execution time
- Conduct code reviews for automation scripts
- Define and track key QA metrics
- Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Advocate for quality standards across engineering teams
- Mentor junior QA engineers in best practices
- Evaluate and introduce new testing tools and technologies
- Coordinate with product and QA leads on release readiness
- Document testing processes and system behavior
- Improve defect detection rates through proactive test design
- Participate in sprint planning and QA estimation
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Drive improvements in test environment management
- Promote a culture of quality-first development
