Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery, with a strong focus on customer research, user testing, defining acceptance criteria, conducting acceptance tests, and analyzing data.
- Establish and evaluate key performance indicators.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their unique needs and develop a product that can transform their business.
- Collaborate with a dedicated product development team, including a product design partner and software engineers, to create high-quality software.
- Enhance the efficiency and speed of product delivery by ensuring the engineering team has a clear roadmap.
Requirements
- Over five years of experience as a software product manager, preferably in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller, testable hypotheses.
- Extensive experience and expertise in customer research, user testing, and product analytics.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude, and creating/maintaining event-tracking schemas.
- Background in vertical SaaS field service industries, such as roofing, construction, and home services.
