Responsibilities
- Report to the Associate Director of Product Engineering for frontend development initiatives.
- Manage code throughout its full lifecycle, including planning, upkeep, and eventual deprecation.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and shape technical designs.
- Partner with engineering peers to deliver robust technical implementations.
- Release updates to production environments and monitor their performance.
- Respond to emerging issues with timely resolution.
- Support junior developers through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and approve code submissions from team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and record resolution methods.
- Guide product development through planning and iterative improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to design and build new features.
- Work closely with design teams to refine user interface and experience elements.
- Decompose intricate technical problems into clear, actionable tasks with defined outcomes.
- Incorporate feedback on code and feature performance to drive improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with business goals.
- Safeguard the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of company data and systems.
