Responsibilities
- Define and guide long-term technical architecture for platform systems
- Lead cross-team initiatives to improve system reliability and performance
- Mentor senior and junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks
- Drive adoption of observability, automation, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align technical roadmaps
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and operational resilience
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues
- Promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Design APIs and services that support scalable telecom operations
- Optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Support integration of third-party systems and vendor platforms
- Champion testing strategies including integration and end-to-end validation
- Lead post-mortem analyses and implement preventive measures
- Advocate for developer experience and internal tooling improvements
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle standards
- Contribute to capacity planning and scalability assessments
- Work closely with SRE and DevOps functions to enhance platform stability
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
