Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee flood studies, hydraulic design and water resources projects, acting as a senior technical authority.
  • Provide expert direction on hydrological and hydraulic modelling, ensuring best-practice, compliant outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and modellers within a consultancy environment.
  • Partner with State, Local Government and Mining clients, delivering trusted advice and high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare and review high-quality technical and non-technical reports.
  • Support project delivery, resourcing, commercial performance and business development activities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects
  • Experience in flood studies, hydraulic design, and water management
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor engineers and modellers
  • Experience working with State, Local Government and Mining clients
  • Expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modelling
