Jobgether is hiring a Principal Data Scientist to serve as a technical leader specializing in agentic AI and advanced marketing analytics. You will focus on driving actionable insights across the consumer credit lifecycle, designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents and predictive models. This role shapes innovative analytics products and contributes to strategic business initiatives in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

Design, code, and test AI agents to support autonomous decision-making in marketing campaigns and portfolio management.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models using consumer datasets and credit bureau data.
Prototype, optimize, and deploy intelligent agent behaviors using Python, Spark, and modern agentic frameworks.
Support production deployment and monitoring of AI models to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Contribute to the development of new analytical products and services enhancing marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Stay current with emerging AI and analytics technologies to continuously improve agentic and predictive capabilities.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in consumer lending, marketing analytics, or related data science roles.
Expert-level Python programming, including data manipulation, modeling, and cloud deployment.
Hands-on experience developing agentic AI frameworks or autonomous agent tools.
Proficiency with big data platforms and production-grade ML deployment in cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, data analytics, and marketing optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Familiarity with Spark, cloud-based data platforms, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
